HAPPINESS MEDITATION

Today we start to bring the program to a close with an opportunity to explore a vision for your own happiness through a new meditation.

We also have a beautiful reminder video from the wise Alan Watts asking you “what do you desire?”. I love this talk and find it helpful to occasionally make room for this kind of reflection.

So often, we hold limiting beliefs that we don’t even realise are holding us back from our deepest happiness. We can be held prisoners of our own minds.

Despite the external circumstances we face in life, there are so many ways we can reorientate our inner world in order to support our greatest happiness.
