Today there is a guest meditation with Barbara Fredrickson on cultivating kindness towards ourselves.

Many of us are much better at caring for others than taking care of ourselves.

When we face challenges and feel overwhelmed it can be easy to turn on ourselves and focus on the things we are not good at, or the aspects of ourselves that we don’t like.

This meditation is an opportunity to build greater kindness towards ourselves and remember to be our own best friend, especially when we are feeling vulnerable or faced with difficulties.
