WHAT TO EXPECT IN WEEK ONE

This week you are going to hear from two leading mindfulness researchers, Richie Davidson and Sara Lazar, who will cover some of their incredible findings around the transformative capacity of Mindfulness. You’ll also hear from one of Australia’s leading mindfulness teachers, Dr Craig Hassed who defines mindfulness.

Over the next 6 weeks, I invite you to commit to practising mindfulness meditation every day with the guided meditations that you can find on each day of the course in the red boxes (click to day one to find your first one). Through practising every day you will turn mindfulness into a habit and really experience the profound benefits.

It’s really helpful to use a meditation journal to record your observations after your practice as frequently as you can – this not only motivates you to stay more attentive and present during your practice, but it will also give you a way to track your progress as we move through the weeks.

Download the Power of Presence Meditation Journal HERE and keep track of your practice and new learnings. You can write on this journal digitally and then right click to “save as” to save your notes, or print it out.

You will be able to listen to a recording of the call at the LIVE CALLS PAGE.
