Today we have a new meditation which is a shorter one designed to be used at those particularly hectic times when you may have trouble even finding 10 minutes for practice.

This one only takes 5 minutes.

Try using it at points of transition in your day – before you arrive home, in between meetings at work, or before a difficult conversation you need to have.

#MINDFUL ACTION

Set your alarm today to go off at a few random times of the day and when it does, stop and take 5 to do this practice and notice how it effects you.
