This May, I’m committing to meditating for 10 minutes every day for a whole month through Mindful in May. In times like these, we must take time to look after our mental wellbeing.

The Mindful in May represents the world’s largest online mindfulness fundraising campaign. It's a one-month online program featuring in-depth interviews with world leaders in the field of meditation and wellbeing, who each share their latest scientifically-backed insights to give you the wisdom you need to flourish, even in challenging times like these.

#mindfulinmay is also a social enterprise that has raised over $1.02M US to transform the lives of more than 32,000 people through the gift of clean, safe drinking water.

Raise money

To date, we've raised over -US$1.02M to bring over 32,000 people clean, safe drinking water. Last year the Mindful in May community raised over $135,000!

Last May, we raised over $110,000 to bring clean water to communities in Nepal! Let’s keep up this amazing work - collectively we really can change the world for the better.

This year, we'll continue to work together collectively to raise funds together via our donation page here.

Mindful in May is all about supporting you to create a daily meditation habit and stay on track.

So to help with that goal, we'll be sending you daily emails for the duration of May, to give you a friendly nudge and remind you about the new content that has been unlocked each day. If you would like daily emails, sit tight! They'll start on the 1st May.
