Today we reach the second last day of our journey together. 

You'll find a recording of the guided meditation I hosted for the community to honour your effort this May. Enjoy listening to it and getting a sense of the community. You'll also find a happiness meditation, this takes you on a vision quest to explore your own vision for your greatest happiness.

As we come to the close Mindful in May, I want to wish you well and hope that the skills and practices you have learned through this program continue to support you in experiencing greater flourishing.
