You'll also find a happiness meditation, this takes you on a vision quest to explore your own vision for your greatest happiness.

As we come to the close of the Mindful in May Encore, I want to wish you well and hope that the skills and practices you have learned through this program continue to support you in experiencing greater flourishing.
