If you are new to the Mind Life Project membership and you haven’t done Mindful in May, here are some meditations you can try out to support you in between our live guided calls.
Like with any new skill you want to master, repetition is key to learning and lasting transformation.
Try out the meditations and use whichever ones feel most supportive.
The idea is to repeat the same meditations many times, so that you get familiar with the guidance and your brain has an opportunity to carve out new neural pathways towards greater focus, effectiveness and wellbeing.
