Here are a few steps to take before we get started….

Step 1: Make sure you get your emails Expand

Save [email protected] into your contacts to make sure you get all of the emails in your inbox. See instructions for your provider below.

Gmail
Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to “reply.”
Click “Add to contacts list” Outlook 2007
Right-click on the email you received (in the list of emails)
Click Junk E-mail
Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List Outlook 2010
Click the Home tab
Click Junk
Click Junk E-mail Options
Click Safe Senders
Click Add
Enter [email protected] and additional information if you wish
Click OK AOL Mail
Click Contacts in the right toolbar.
Click Add Contact.
Enter [email protected]

Click Add Contact button

Yahoo! Mail
Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book
Click Add to contacts next to [email protected] On the Add Contact popup, add additional information if needed
Click Save Step 2: Choose how we communicate with you Expand

Mindful in May is all about supporting you closely to keep you on track. We’ll be sending you a daily email for the duration of May, the purpose being to give you that friendly nudge and remind you about the new content that is unlocked each day.

Some MIMsters have told us that they’d prefer not to get this daily reminder and would rather a twice a week email.  If you want less emails, click on the button below and we’ll contact you 1-2 times a week across the program with a summary of what’s happening.
