Course Resources

Here are your course workbooks for May.

Important note: The workbooks are interactive and can be filled out on screen, but they can only be completed digitally on a desktop computer (not on your phone). You can print them out if you prefer paper or do not have access to a desktop.

To use the workbooks digitally, you must first save them to your desktop. Here’s how:

1. Click the Download button below for each book.

2. Once the workbook opens in your browser window, click the download icon in the top right corner to transfer file from your browser to your computer.

3. Open the files and complete the workbooks by clicking on the text fields.

If you have any issues filling out the workbooks, you may need to update Adobe Acrobat.

Many of you are coming into this course in a heightened state of distress due to current global circumstances. I don't want you to have to wait until May to begin calming your nervous system.

Below are two meditations that you can do daily if you want to get started right away. The one minute meditation is a great one to do if you're feeling very anxious and need a short circuit breaker. I’ve created the other two meditations specifically to help during this challenging time.

This May, I’m committing to meditating for 10 minutes every day for a whole month through the Mindful in May program. In times like these, we must take time to look after our mental wellbeing.

Mindful in May is the world’s largest annual, online mindfulness fundraising campaign. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book
Click Add to contacts next to [email protected]

On the Add Contact popup, add additional information if needed
Click Save

Step 2: Choose how we communicate with you

Mindful in May is all about supporting you closely to keep you on track. We'll be sending you a daily email for the duration of May, the purpose being to give you that friendly nudge and remind you about the new content that is unlocked each day.

Some MIMsters have told us that they'd prefer not to get this daily reminder and would rather a twice a week email. If you want less emails, click on the button below and we'll contact you 1-2 times a week across the program with a summary of what's happening.
